Refund policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the received order date. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at anita@glowingharmonycandleco.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the damaged or defective item.
  • Exchange Process: Once we approve your exchange, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back. A replacement will be sent once we receive the original item.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Shipping for Exchanges: We will cover the shipping costs for sending you a replacement item if the original was defective or damaged.
